Based out of their London office this leadership role will need someone with strong executive communication style, to manage the finances of the business across multiple entities and territories.Ensuring the Group maintains a strong financial control environment.Provide strategic financial guidance to ensure that all business objectives are met.Leading and developing the finance functionMaintenance and reconciliation of sales, nominal and purchase ledgerManage all mentor invoices and payment of fees.Creation of annual budget and reconciliation of actual to budgetTracking new engagements and conversions related to bonus and commission payments.Reconciliation of the balance sheet and profit and loss for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statementsManagement of weekly cash flow to include 90-day forecasting.Prepare and review the monthly Board Pack for Board reporting.Prepare financials for twice yearly Board meetings by company including commentary to inform the board of the context of the financials.Prepare and review the consolidation of quarterly results for the operating entities.Management of the relationship with the Group's parent companyWork with shareholder group on ad hoc analysis including growth and expansion opportunities.Integration of potential future acquisitionsThe successful candidate will be a qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong financial accounting background and strong technical accounting experience.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
