This Position is for a Polisher based in Banbury 14:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 06:00 Pay: late shift (14:00 - 22:00) £14.10 - £16.40 Night Shift ( 22:00 - 06:00) £14.70 - £17.18 The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail. You should have good understanding of the English Language both verbal and written. You will be willing to develop skills ongoing to satisfy operational requirements and be able to assist with the development and training of others. You must be able to adhere to instruction in order that tasks (customer orders) are performed and completed within required timescale to the quality and standard expected and required. You will be customer focused, confident working on own or as part of a team, responsible, committed and reliable. You will be required to work shifts so flexibility about working hours is required. Must have experience in Polishing!!! A graded pay structure is in place for this position. Grade 1 - Entry, Grade 2 - Skilled, Grade 3 - Experienced Skill Assessment in the role is required to determine the grade (1/2/3)
