Service Coordinator – Maidstone – 28K There is a new opportunity for an Administrator to join a company based in Kent, Maidstone area. You will mainly be supporting a small but busy engineering team and be working within the HVAC Maintenance industry. As a business, we are based in Kent and have been operating successfully in London and across the UK for over 40 years. They now employ over 10 engineers and are continually growing at a steady rate. Candidate to have experience in scheduling engineers across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors. Efficiently coordinate client calls, assign engineers, and plan maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth operations. Duties would include: Planning issues, managing permits, liaising with subcontractors, and updating clients on progress. Also handle quotations, order parts, and organize meetings for engineers. Proactively scheduling work, maintain relationships and address concerns promptly. They will ensure compliance with contract targets, monitor team performance, provide clear objectives, conduct training, and manage correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely project completion. The candidate would need to have experience workng with Job Logic.
