If the answer is yes, then read on..... Fantastic opportunity to work for a specialist FM Service Provider situated in Surrey. CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to be based on a Commercial Estate based in Woking The successful candidate will be Electrically or Mechanically biased with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be responsible for a team of up to 5 engineers and will ensure the day to day running of the contract (Hard services/PPM/reactive maintenance) under the direction of the Contract Manager. Key duties & responsibilities Manage agreed KPI and SLA's. Responsible for a team of up to 5 maintenance engineers Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance across the sites Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site Responsible for the development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals. Management of client relationships on a daily basis. Management of all reports. Offer technical support to both the client and the engineering team Responsible for the permit system. Attend client meetings Order parts and materials Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Requirements Qualified in engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical); C&G, HNC, HND or higher. Previous experience of managing an engineering team. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients. Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload. Excellent communication and customer service skills Able to pass security clearance.
