Job Title:Administrator Location: Avonmouth Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm Salary: £27,040 Company Overview: Join a friendly company located in Avonmouth, where you'll be part of a small, supportive team of three. We offer full training to ensure you excel in your role and enjoy a positive work environment. Main Duties: Sort delivery tickets to facilitate efficient processing. Accurately input delivery tickets into Weighsoft within set timelines. Report any identified issues promptly. Check off delivery tickets using Excel reports from Weighsoft. Produce daily reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Manage self-billing invoices and verify subcontractor invoices. Conduct regular duplicate checks to maintain data accuracy. Generate subcontractor purchase orders as needed. Monitor subcontractor ticket submissions against Onedrive sheet and Weighsoft records. Cross-reference quarry tickets and invoices to ensure accuracy. Assist with archiving duties when required. Skills Required: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Proficient in basic Excel functions such as Ctrl+F searches, applying filters, and using conditional formatting. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. Capable of working independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to effectively manage workload. Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and external stakeholders.
