Pertemps are very proud to be exclusively supporting a local Military charity with the temporary recruitment of a Finance Assistant. This role has an approximate contract period of three months and will be WFH. We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail orientated Finance Administrator to join the Finance department starting asap. The ideal candidate will provide financial support to the two divisions within the organisation. Key responsibilities: Maintain financial record on Sage Intacct and Sage Cloud Adhering to established internal financial and accounting guidelines and protocol Ensuring Sports expenditure is in line with their budgets and the Fund's Grant policy; Assist with the input of journal entries and reconcile prepayment, accrual and deferred accounts; Carry out bookkeeping including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable; Assistance by processing all forms of receipts, disbursements, and expenditures. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role Experience using Sage Intacct and/or Sage Cloud is a must Working hours: Mondays - Friday 9am - 5:30pm - Working from home Please apply with an updated CV or email [email protected] for more information
