Robert Half Talent solutions are seeking an internal Auditor for this growing and innovative organisation based in Pontypridd.The Internal auditor and be nearly fully home based.The Internal Auditor is responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of internal audit and advisory assignments. This includes risk assessment, scoping, planning, fieldwork, and report writing to deliver the Annual Internal Audit plan as approved by the Audit and Risk Committee. Responsible for the end-to-end audit process including assessing the landscape of risks and devising audit strategies. This includes applying professional judgement and knowledge to make recommendations for continuous improvement, providing assurance, holding exit meetings with senior management, and preparing final reports for the Audit and Risk Committee. Provide informed, objective opinions by obtaining, analysing, and appraising evidentiary data to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls and efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed.Seek to obtain consensus to any recommendations by agreeing the actions and deadlines for completion with senior management and key staff to ensure the audit findings are actioned or escalated accordingly.
