Mobile Electrician - Electrician- Facilities Provider - £40k plus good benefits CBW have a new opportunity for a Mobile Facilities Electrician to join their Scotland team on a permanent basis. This contractor has over 50 contracts throughout Scotland with over 200 sites. This company pay a competitive salary along with an excellent benefits package. Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time. Carry out reactive tasks throughout the sites Complete all relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive and breakdown works Update customers CAFM system in real time Guarantee that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. Guarantee that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. Undertake Point of Work Risk Assessment prior to starting work Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance. Participate in the teams oncall rota and be available for overtime On offer is a competitive salary dependent upon skills and experience. Appropriate Electrical Qualifications Trade qualified Electrical qualifications with appropriate post apprenticeship experience desirable. Must have a full clean drivers’ licence. Legionella awareness (preferable – can provide training) Asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential) MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential) First aid trained (preferable but not essential) Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised Able to work as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to change Must be available to participate in an out of hour’s standby rota.
