Company DescriptionLooking for an opportunity within a business that offer a genuine ‘people first’ culture?Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have an opportunity for a Business Develop Manager to join our Sales Teambased In the South Coast region.Job DescriptionTake responsibility to identify prospects within your addressable market and engage them directly and through the Demand Generation TeamOrientate the sweet spot for our CVP and agree unconsidered needs with the customer that creates urgency in their decision making.Invest in effective research of prospects to identify a compelling sweet spot.Prepare persuasive discussion points that convince the prospect change is necessary.Engage multiple customer stakeholders and the customer Buying Team to build clarity and momentum in your proposals.Create strategies into desired prospects including value proposition, key stakeholder targets, and engagement strategy (LinkedIn, email, phone, events etc.)Coordinate Chubb Subject Matter Experts as required to support your opportunity progression through your Sales FunnelDemonstrate application of Chubb SIREN sales methodology approachCollaborate with your sales team and support functions to share learning and contribute to accelerating success across the entire sales organisation.Leverage CRM to manage your results.Achieve your quarterly and annual margin and revenue sales targetsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business studies, Marketing, Psychology or a related field would be preferable.Clear Sales methodology in place to underpin sales opportunity creation, navigation and securing the decision.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely.A proven track record of achievement with evidence of significant new business development success driven from both self-generated and incoming leads.Creative mindset able to conceive service and product combinations that innovate new ways the product can serve customers.Strong organisation skills and ability to work under pressure and learn new environments.Develop business plans for success including key milestonesStrong business acumen and adaptability to various markets and product salesSales experience gained within a technical sale will be an advantage.Sales experience gained within the Fire industry would be an advantage.Commercially awarePossess higher level IT skills - able to use Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM and PowerPoint to an advanced level.
