Robert Half Cambridge are working with a practice based in St Ives who are seeking an Tax Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for corporate and income taxes for a portfolio of clients and will be their main point of contact.This role is paying a salary of £70,000 - £85,000, depending on experience. The role offers hybrid working after probation period however a presence in the office is preferable.Responsibilities:Reviewing of Corporation tax computationsPreparation of partnership, trust and personal tax returnsAssisting with the development of trainees, including reviewing their work and providing feedbackLiaising directly with clients to clear queriesLiaising with third parties such as HMRCAdhering to internal and statutory deadlinesAssisting with tax planning strategiesResearch & Development claimsAdvice in relation to Share based schemesSkills and qualifications:CTA qualified or qualified by experience to a similar levelExperience in practiceExperience managing a portfolio and being first point of contact for your clientsExperience of CCH software package preferred but not requiredAble to manage your own workload effectively and efficientlyGood communication skills.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
