Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - London & M25 - Up to £50,000 + Package An exciting role to join a growing AC & Mechanical specialist who is looking to expand their operation due to the acquisition of a contract and bring in a specialised Commercial Air Conditioning engineer to supply this service to the existing portfolio of clients within Central London and inside the m25. This is a mobile position and all of the sites are based in covering from all of London. You will be joining their current mobile maintenance team and covering London on a range of commercial office contracts. You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning service and maintenance . Requirements NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum) Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential) Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge Extensive experience working within a commercial environments Full Drivers Licence Benefits Basic Salary of up to £50,000 Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm (Flexible Hours available) 25 days holiday Company Pension Company Van & Fuel Card Tablet & Work Phone Provided Full company uniform Responsibilities PPM & Reactive maintenance Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant. Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial. Extensive building services knowledge
