Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Environment - Hounslow , London - Up to £42,000 + Van and Fuel Card This exciting opportunity to work for a leading property management company situated in Hounslow I am currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based non a static site in Hounslow 4 days a week and a site in the City 1 day a week. You will need to be electrically qualified and have an all round understanding of most trades, as well as having a proven track record in property / commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to attend a property and carry out all aspects of planned and reactive electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £42,000 overtime and a great package. The role also comes with a company van and fuel card. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Overtime Available Duties & Responsibilities: Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Re-set Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Water Treatment BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings Package Salary up to £42,000 Van and Fuel Card Call out 1 in 8 Training and career progression Requirements (Essential) Electrically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3 A proven track record in commercial building or property maintenance Happy to cover a portfolio of high end properties Excellent customer service skills Highly flexible and adaptable with hours, duties and travel Committed to/looking for a long term role Able to work to very high standards Basic knowledge of building regulations A thorough understanding of Health & Safety standards A professional approach with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality
