Pertemps are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner for a large multisite organization.You will play an instrumental role as the HR Business Partner across two sites. About the role: Serve as a reliable advisor and mentor to our stakeholders. Enhance leadership skills by challenging and guiding teams, fostering an environment that bolsters knowledge and leadership efficacy. Offer comprehensive support in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to line managers, enhancing their capabilities. Assist line managers in employee relations and performance management, ensuring a harmonious workplace. Aid managers and leaders in evaluating and optimizing organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities: Collaborate with management and the HR process team to ensure excellent employee lifecycle management. Maintain a thorough understanding of UK and International employment laws and tax regulations, ensuring compliance. Develop and improve HR processes and policies as necessary. Facilitate the use of our HR System, ensuring smooth operations. Participate in regular HR initiatives such as the annual pay review, talent management, and planning. Project Leadership: Spearhead and assist in the execution of projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our people plan and HR processes. Seek out and implement continuous improvement strategies across various HR domains, including engagement, talent, inclusion and diversity, rewards, and organizational development.
