Multitrader (Specialising in Tiling) Location: Hammersmith and Fulham Council Duration: Temporary (3-6 months initially) Pay Rate: £203 per day (Umbrella CIS) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Benefits: Van and Fuel Card Provided Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Multitrader who specialises in tiling to join our team at Hammersmith and Fulham Council on a temporary basis. This role offers a competitive daily pay rate of £203 under the Umbrella CIS scheme. As a Multitrader, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks with a primary focus on tiling projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform tiling tasks including cutting, shaping, and fitting tiles to various surfaces. Undertake additional trade tasks as required, maintaining a high standard across all work. Ensure all projects are completed efficiently and within the specified timeframes. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Requirements: Valid UK Manual Driving License. Proven experience in tiling and general multitrading. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to pass a DBS check and provide professional references.
