This is an excited opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join a fun & friendly team and work closely with the PAs/EAs to assist various teams! This is an office based role during probation period (9AM - 5PM). THE ROLE:Team Administration duties includiing diary management, meeting minutes, formatting and filing documents. General office duties such as answering the phone, distributing messages, meeting and greeting clients and making refreshments. Audio typing correspondence including reports, letters, emails, etc. Covering other Administration staff when on AL. Ad-hoc projects including organising team events and external events. THE PERSON:Friendly, proactive, able to use initiative and a real team player. Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills with a can do attitude. Confident dealing with clients at all levels and happy to get stuck in with the team. Looking to excel their career within a progressive business.
