Join a rapidly expanding, award-winning RIBA chartered Architectural Consultancy in their Plymouth office. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and sustainable projects in the industry. The Plymouth office is growing quickly and is looking for talented individuals to join their dynamic team. Using Revit exclusively, it is preferred that the ideal candidate be proficient in this software, though it is not mandatory. You will join a friendly and sociable team that is expanding, primarily working on bespoke residential projects. Additionally, the practice engages in healthcare, education, and heritage projects. The Role: Producing working drawing packages Liaising with consultants and clients Lead and manage technical design projects Attending site meetings Measured surveys and site inspections Contract administration and job running Proficient in Revit is preferred Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently Previous experience working on hotels, commercial or a variety of project sectors Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload Architectural degree A minimum of a couple of years industry experience is required
