Deputy Technical Facilities Manager - Facilities Provider - £40,000 Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider. CBW is currently recruiting for a Deputy Technical Manager to be based on a commercial site in Ayrshire. The successful candidate will be technically qualified with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out surveying technical assets. You will have a high level of technical knowledge covering complex systems in a commercial environment, Technical Asset Management experience and commercial knowledge Duties & Responsibilities: Working through drawings and surveying assets Updating drawings Working with the asset register and cross referencing old documents Making sure PPMs are up to date. Salary & Benefits £40,000 25 days plus bank holiday Private health care Death in service Excellent pension
