Finance Manager

As the continue to grow and adapt to the market, our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager for a 12-month interim contract to support the financial operations and strategic initiatives.Location: Cardiff, UKJob Title: Interim Finance ManagerIndustry: ManufacturingContract: 12 MonthsKey Responsibilities:Responsible for the submission of month-end close. Preparation of routine monthly reporting schedules monitoring variances to budget, prior year and forecast.Ensure all required statutory submissions (VAT Returns / Payments etc.)Providing day-to-day authorisations, payments, credit notes etc.Audit: Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting.Successfully complete YE-audits.Financial analysis and business partnering with Senior ManagementCost Accounting, Inventory and AssetsComplete financial analysis of capital projectsManage and complete budgeting/forecasting processes to corporate timelinesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.What's on Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
