Insurance Team Leader / Account Executive Sheffield £30-40k doe + bonus Are you an experienced Advisor or Account Handler looking to progress into a Team Leader role? Do you have Commercial Broking or Underwriting experience? Like working in a lively, vibrant and outgoing office environment where hard work and fun are equally important? This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Commercial Account Handler ready to step up into managing a small team. You’ll play a key part in the growth of a major insurance broker in Sheffield. Whilst overseeing a team of 3-4 account assistants, you’ll be the main person in the office to handle commercial account renewals and new business opportunities. You’ll identify client needs and provide thorough quotes to elevate revenue potential. Applicants must be able to motivate, support, develop and coach by demonstrating best practice, a desire to put the customer first and find the best outcomes.
