Protiviti the global management consulting firm are seeking an Interim Programme Manager to support one of their global travel clients on a global rollout and implementation of UKG.Key Responsibilities:Lead the global implementation of the UKG HR system across multiple regions and offices.Develop and manage a comprehensive programme plan, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and adoption.Conduct stakeholder analysis and maintain effective communication with all relevant parties.Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation.Provide regular updates to senior management on programme progress, challenges, and solutions.Ensure the project aligns with business objectives and enhances overall operational efficiency.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience as a Programme Manager, specifically in rolling out UKG.Expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software is ESSENTIAL.Experience leading global programmes end to end.Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex programmes.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.If this opportunity aligns with your previous experiences, please submit your updated CV.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
