This is a permanent, fully remote role, although the desired candidate with be based in the South West, with the ability to travel to Cardiff/Bath every 6-8 weeks. By working together with partners, Mypinpad aims to drive financial inclusion for the benefit of millions globally.The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional, to support the HR Director in the position of HR Advisor. With circa 60 employees globally, as HR Advisor you will offer support and guidance on a range of HR related matters, as a first point of contact. Additionally, you will oversee HR administration, guiding and developing the Group Administrator, and managing an effective and efficient process.This role will suit someone who is organised and detail focused and demonstrates a strong commercial understanding.Responsibilities Provide generalist HR support across the business, facilitating effective working relationships with global colleaguesWorking with the Group Administrator, take ownership of the full Employee Lifecycle, ensuring positive and effective end to end processEmployee Relations - develop ER knowledge, support on any ER issues, collaborating with the Head of HR to resolve any issuesDevelopment of Policies and Compliance - keeping up to date with any changes in employment legislating, making sure company policy is up to date & compliantOptimising HR reporting and systems, providing insights on key metricsSupport and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagementSupport with Learning and Development, identifying training needs and coordinating development sessionsSupport with recruitment, working with line management to understand needs, identify relevant talent, and assist with interview processPerson SpecificationProven experience in a similar HR roleCIPD qualifiedStrong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practiceDemonstrable experience of managing HR projectsWorks in a flexible and adaptable mannerExperience working in a remote first roleExcellent communication skills, able to build effective working relationships in a remote capacityWhat's on OfferSalary up to £40,000 DOE25 days holidayRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
