Sales Enablement ManagerLocation: Hybrid Milton Keynes & UK TravelSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 The role The Sales Enablement Manager will be working with our New Homes Team and other new initiatives. You will foster strong relationships with multiple teams, such as Commercial Finance, Marketing, Product Development and Sales. teams. The Sales enablement manager is critical in building support and momentum for some of the key initiatives and changes that drive behaviour and results for our sales teams. Our objective is to enhance sales teams' impact on business by improving productivity and efficiency What you'll be doing You will become an integral part of the sales teams, attending anything from tactical to monthly meetings (Occasional UK travel with potential stayovers maybe required)You will be responsible for turning these meetings into prioritised, actionable plans for yourself, the Sales Operations team and wider Rightmove cross functionsYou will be responsible for the ongoing assessment and implementation of sales tools, league tables, remuneration plans and processes for the sales teams, that focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity at scaleDriving the use and monitoring the CRM; ensuring we have accurate and timely data for reporting and forecastingEnsuring leads and tasks are followed up and closed off correctly within the CRM What you'll bring to the role We’re looking for someone who has a minimum of three years’ experience working in a high performing sales team at all levelsCan demonstrate creating a positive impact on business outcomes, doing things the right way to foster continual supportExtensive knowledge of CRM systems, sales enablement platforms and the ability to leverage other technology solutions to drive successAwesome project management skills, especially a speedy learner, inquisitive and enjoys a challengeThrives in a dynamic, every changing environment with continual prioritisationFantastic problem solver with an infectious can-do attitudeCan effectively communicate with different stakeholders via multiple methods (written, project boards and verbal)Lead and own group discussions with colleagues with differing roles, priorities and opinionsStrong analytical skills, utilising our data to assist with decision makingSuccess in project delivery and change managementAbility to work with secure and confidential information About Rightmove Our vision is to give everyone the belief they can make their move.
