Multiskilled Shift Engineer - Client Direct – Days & Nights - Mile End - £50,000 Are you Electrically or Mechanically qualified? Do you have building maintenance experience? Are you looking for a permanent job in Mile End? If the answer is yes, then read on.... Exciting opportunity to work at a commercial campus situated by in Mile End. CBW are currently recruiting for an Muliskilled Shift Engineer to cover a commercial campus. The successful candidate will be electrically or mechanically qualified (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is an ongoing permanent role and pays a yearly salary of £50,000 based on qualifications and experience, inclusive of shift allowance. He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following; Key duties & Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of M&E maintenance Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting tests Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) Escort / organise sub contractors Attend client meetings if required Ensure site log books are kept up to date Hours of work 4 of 4 off (2 earlies, 2 lates, 4 off, repeat) 07:00am - 19:00pm / 19:00am - 07:00am Package Up to £50,000 24 shifts holiday plus bank holidays 14.5% employer pension contribution Season Ticket Loan Requirements Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 City & Guilds - 18th Edition if electrically qualified Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Please send your CV to [email protected] or call 0203 583 3099 and ask for Fin for more Information
