Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £24,000 - plus Uncapped Commission Pertemps London are seeking an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Temporary Recruitment division at our offices in Holborn, central London. Working hours: 08.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday This is an entry level role and you will be provided with all the training and tools required to make a success in the industry. The role will involve: Sourcing new business leads and building relationships Meeting and exceeding KPI and SLA targets Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels and sell our recruitment service Attracting and sourcing candidates via adverts, job boards and social media Interviewing prospective candidates via telephone, video and in-person Attend client meetings to discuss new business and review current service Ensuring relevant quality processes and checks are adhered to The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have the following knowledge, skills and experience: Previous work experience in a Customer Service or Sales environment A confident and engaging communicator with the with the ability to develop and maintain relationships Target driven and able to work towards achievable targets Self-motivated team player with great communication skills Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced, fun, progressive and successful environment Competent IT user and able to pick up new systems quickly You will receive: Base salary of up to £24,000 based on experience Uncapped monthly commission and regular incentives 24 days annual leave entitlement, plus Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day each year of service Opportunity to join company share save scheme Full training and development ONLY SHORT LISTED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED
