Junior Electrical Estimator Bristol (Hybrid option) Permanent Salary £28-40k doe We are looking for a Junior Electrical Estimator to join a highly reputable MEP company based close to Bristol. Your role will be working alongside a Senior Estimator assisting estimating across various sectors including Healthcare, Education, Fit Out and Commercial across the South and South West of England In this role, you'll handle incoming enquiries, set up project files, and support supplier interactions. As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibilities, including estimating for air the MEP sector. This position offers comprehensive on-the-job training, including site visits and ensuring you have the tools to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Acknowledge and review new enquiries Set up new project files Request and negotiate supplier quotations Arrange and minute meetings, follow up on action points Update target documentation and run reports Schedule and conduct site surveys Prepare and send estimates, incorporating value engineering options Perform follow-up calls Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline Collaborate with the project management team for seamless project handovers Attend weekly learning sessions and share ideas Training will be provided for this role for a candidate who is looking to step out of the install/hands on side of an Electrical role to focus on a office based position who possess a hunger to learn, enthusiasm and a great work ethic.
