Masters degree in Business or Engineering; 2-4 years of relevant working experience in R&I technology driven environments and in agile Project Management; Experience in managing agile teams, multiple projects, identifying potential hurdles and moving forward through completion; Familiarity with competitive funding (e.g.: Horizon Europe, Portugal ) projects is a plus; Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with researchers, engineers and executives simultaneously; Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments, based on changing business and resource needs; Flexible and able to learn quickly in a dynamic and fast-paces environment; PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus; Knowledge of the Scrum methodology. WHAT?As a R&I Product Manager at VORTEX-CoLab you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, designers and product managers supporting initiatives that will define the next generation of embedded and real-time systems that are highly connected, with massive processing power and performing complex applications. As a member of the team, you will drive the project delivery, metric definition, and performance management. How you can expect to fill your days: Plan, coordinate and monitor assigned R&I projects according to project requirements and statement of work, drafting R&I plan, project timeline, cost estimates, quality control, analysis and reporting, and tracking project expenditures; Work with the technical lead to prepare project plans; Lead R&I team in order to achieve project success: conduct team meetings to discuss project status and issues, monitor project progress regularly and report the same to management and customers; Develop and enforce R&I policies and procedures; Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of best practices and methodologies for project management Act as primary contact for partners and client communications.
