Senior Project Manager, Healthcare Software & ServicesFlexible location across EuropeJob OverviewYou will be responsible for overseeing complex project delivery lead by the EMEA PPG Software Development & Support Team to our EMEA Payer, Provider and Government clients, as well as ensuring post go-live/BAU support is in place.Assist in the creation and validation of the project scopes, plans and schedules for complex projects; help define metrics for project success; select and apply standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).Responsibilities:Assists in creation and validation of the project scope, plan and schedules for complex projects; helps define metrics for project success; selects and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).Identifies risks to program success and recommends mitigation plans to management.Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of complex product development projects with limited supervision; drives completion of the project and mentors other team members.Establishes relationships with stakeholders to build support and ensures alignment for project outcomes.Drives change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to development of training.Evaluates project results against success metrics; creates or reengineers processes and resources to improve productivity and end product.Lead a cross functional team, both direct reports and indirect IQVIA peers, across a portfolio of services.Adopt and champion a continuous improvement ethos for Delivery Teams.Sharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clientsQualifications:Industry recognised qualifications – preferrableGood track record of project management of healthcare software deployment.Advanced project management education and experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metricsGood teamwork skillsExcellent customer service skillsGood judgmentAbility to work with minimal directionStrong software and computer skills, including MS Office applicationsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clientsThis role is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship.IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
