IT Support AssistantsWe are seeking four motivated individuals to assist with the move and setup of communications equipment and end-user workstations.Location: OxfordStart Date: 1st JulyDuration: 4-week projectRequirements:DBS checked due to the sensitive location of the equipmentGeneral understanding of IT equipment and patch panelsWhat You'll Do:Move and Setup Communications Equipment: Transport and install routers, switches, servers, and other network infrastructure components.Move and Setup End-User Workstations: Assist in the relocation and configuration of desktop computers, laptops, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals.End-User Setups: Ensure all workstations are properly connected to the network, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and verify all hardware and software are functioning correctly.Benefits:Gain hands-on experience with a variety of IT equipmentWork with a dynamic and supportive teamEnhance your understanding of network infrastructure and end-user supportThis is a great chance to gain practical experience in the IT support field.
