Requirement for an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join a successful, Redditch-based Manufacturer. The position will require the successful candidate to be an integral part of the engineering division with the responsibility of producing high-precision parts for large aerospace customers across the UK. As a Manufacturing Operative, your responsibilities will include: Producing components for various industries including aerospace, automotive and defence Working to instructions and specifications within a busy manufacturing environment Griding/Polishing/Linishing materials Press operating The successful applicant will have experience within a manufacturing environment, be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks and possess manual skills (Grinding/Linishing/Polishing material etc.) This role will commence training on standard days before moving to the rotating shift pattern.
