Job Title : Accounts Administrator (Credit Controller) Location : Wrexham Pay rate : £12.50. Hours : Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (30 mins paid lunch) Contrac t: Temporary with potential to permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join an established company based in Wrexham. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in credit control. Key Duties and Responsibilities : Sage Software: Proficiency preferred. Support Staff: Assist in delivering an accurate and efficient service to employees and the wider business. Account Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations as needed and provide account information to internal departments. Data Entry: Ensure accuracy in data entry. Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with HMRC and GDPR regulations. Client Contact: Maintain communication with clients to ensure invoice clarity and resolve both internal and external queries regarding outstanding invoices. Disputed Bills: Handle disputed bills and negotiate payments within agreed terms, responding promptly and thoroughly to client and internal inquiries. Debt Management: Contact customers to manage relevant debts and provide updated statements, as necessary.
