Role Overview: As a Senior Account Executive, you will collaborate with an Account Team to plan, manage, and execute PR, marketing, and social campaigns for various clients. You will monitor campaign success, report back to clients, and ensure the highest quality of work is delivered. Specific Responsibilities: Analyse and report on clients’ media coverage. Review and enhance press briefing sheets for client interviews. Track features and pitch clients to journalists. Support new business pitches and follow up on press releases. Develop and maintain positive relationships with journalists. Prepare and manage client interviews, including thorough briefings. Draft pitches and social media posts, manage content calendars, and upload content. Use tools like Brandwatch and Signal to provide client insights. Conduct monthly and quarterly reporting. Account Responsibilities: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client materials. Monitor and report on time spent on accounts. Track and report on client competitor activity. Act as a liaison between the Account Team and other departments. Interact with clients, providing basic consultation and updates on media trends. Pitch new ideas to the Account Team and clients. Under AM/SAM supervision, offer strategic business consultation beyond project scope. Track client deliverables and meet interview targets. Business Development Responsibilities: Support Cognito business development events and introduce journalists to clients. Assist with marketing mail outs. Proof documents for prospective clients.
