Robert Half are working in partnership with a reputable, SME business on the outskirts of Swindon to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a varied role that will be a blend of transactional finance duties along with office administration responsibilities, and will play a key role in supporting the business. This is a great role for someone that is keen to add value and be a part of a SME business. Salary is up to £24,000 plus benefits and is fully office based. The RoleThe main duties of the Finance Administrator role will consist of: Processing and uploading invoices. Oversee the office email inbox and dealing with queries. Credit control on an adhoc basis; chasing outstanding payments where necessary. Processing customer orders. General office administration; filing, post, stationery and placing orders. Reception duties; dealing with incoming calls and act as first point of contact for enquiries.
