My client, a national business who specialise in various areas of Insurance, are looking for a switched on, enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Duties include: Advise all new and existing customers on insurance policies and requirements Dealing with insurance claims Filing customer claims following the companies policies and procedures Building strong working relationships with customers as well as colleagues in other departments Maintaining a strong knowledge of company products and services Following PRA, FCA and internal procedures at all times To be considered for this role, you must have / be: Previous customer service experience within a retail or office environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with others A quick learner with a can do attitude Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Competent using IT to include MS Office and CRM systems Educated to degree or A Level grade (or equivalent) The successful candidate will be provided with rigorous training and working within a friendly inclusive team!
