Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – High-End Residential Building– Kensington, South West London – up to £45,000 per annum An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Kensington, London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a single man high-end residential site in Kensington, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression. In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including: A basic salary of £45,000 Plenty of overtime 25 days holiday Company Pension Scheme Excellent career progression opportunities Hours of work Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm Key Duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Water flushing / temp checks logs Boosted water pumps Fire damper maintenance Electric gates General PPMs Control of sub-contractors Permit to work system Maintaining Site logbooks Requirements Electrically qualified - Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds - 18th Edition Job logic experience (Preferred) Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing Please send your CV to Alex Denton of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the role !
