Structural Revit / BIM Technician Permanent Central London £42,000 - £48,000 + Package Based in Central London my client is looking to recruit a Structural Revit technician who is a proactive professional with attention to detail. Ideally you will have worked on concrete and steel projects in the construction stage and produced a high level of model definition. You will be comfortable maintaining a specific library of families and develop new families as required along with other project-specific contents. You will create schedules for quantities and produce construction sequences. You will take responsibility for the production and delivery of structural information for specific areas of the design and project development. On a daily basis you will prepare and develop structural drawings, BIM models, images and other documents relating to the design. Through your experience you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of structural details, ideally with experience in fabrication detailing and reinforcement detailing Experience of working with coordination review tools such as Navisworks, Solibri, Tekla BIMsight will also be of interest. Alongside your revit experience a good knowledge of 2D/3D AutoCAD will also be of interest.
