Key Responsibilities Customer Data Requests: Respond promptly to incoming customer master data requests via telephone, mail, email, and website within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Audit Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to coordinate and manage the running of audit reports as defined by the business. Data Maintenance: Run and maintain customer data on a daily basis to ensure the database remains clean and accurate. Data Integrity: Uphold global standards for customer data quality and integrity. Skills and Qualifications Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality standards. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage customer data requests. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve common goals. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using data management tools and software is preferred.
