Description
We are pleased to be working with a charity based in Bournemouth that are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous finance experience to continue developing in a supportive environment - offering up to £27,000 + flexible hybrid working.Key responsibilities: Oversee central purchasing functionsAnalyse monthly credit card invoices, ensuring receipt are received and reconciled to expenditureEnsure monthly stock checks are completedComplete counting and reconciliation of cash, cheques and card payments weeklyCheck spreadsheets and reconcile all incomeReconcile the petty cash weeklyAssist with posting purchase & sales invoicesWhat they're looking for: Someone with previous experience working within the finance functionExcellent communication skillsA team playerGood IT skills including ExcelRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
