Position : Solicitor (Personal Injury) Location : Scottish Borders Salary : DOE Pertemps are supporting their client in the search for a 2 years+ PQE Solicitor to join their team in Galashiels. This is the ideal role for a Solicitor with a varied Personal Injury experience (not specific to one area) and has a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, in particular EL/PL/OL/CICA, dealing with a mixture of bot litigated and pre-litigated filed. You will handing ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court work. In addition to this you will take statements, handle liability investigations, instruct medical experts, draft summonses, consult with counsel and appear in court/tribunal.
