Location: Kidderminster Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm Pay: From £11.70p/h Contract: Temp - Perm Pertemps are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for our client based in Kidderminster. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have previous experience in a similar role. The Duties of a Production Operative: Assemble product according to production specifications Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently Disassemble products to assess the condition and identify areas for repair. Clean, repair, and replace parts as necessary Conducting quality checks Assist in the packing and preparation of finished product The Requirements of a Production Operative: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of hand and power tools This role is physically demanding, must be able to perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to work in a hot and loud environment Benefits: Overtime available at a premium rate.
