Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Tower Hill, London - £47,000 Are you electrically qualified with building maintenance experience? Are you interested in working in a tenanted contract? If the answer is yes, then read on.... An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider situated over 1 building in St Katherines Dock, London to look after 4 floors of tenanted areas. The successful candidates will be electrically qualified (C&G Level 3 Electrical ) and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working alongside the landlord maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across 4 floors of tenanted office space. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Package £47,000 Basic Salary 20 Days Holiday Pension Company Uniform, Mobile phone and Laptop Working for a Family Run business (Service Provider) Working for an exclusive client (The Client) Key duties & Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting tests Air Handling Unit’s Building Management Systems Air Conditioning equipment Cold Water systems Heating and Ventilation systems Emergency lighting Fan Coil Units Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) Escort / organise sub contractors Attend client meetings if required Ensure site log books are kept up to date Requirements Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 City & Guilds - 17th / 18th Edition Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Please send your CV to Dan Barber at Cbw Staffing Solutions for more Information
