Pertemps have a new and exciting opportunity and are looking for a Sales support on a full time permanent basis. This is an office-based role (No hybrid) for our successful client based in Sutton Coldfield. We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our clients team. You will be a vital part of the sales department, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of sales activities. Your contributions will help the team achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Working hours: Monday – Friday no weekends and in return and fantastic salary of £25,000 per annum. Main duties: Reporting to the Sales Co-Ordinator the Sales Support will be responsible for providing quotations via CRM and processing customer orders into our clients in-house CRM system efficiently and accurately. Other duties: Dealing with customer enquiries via phone to provide price and stock availability, to problem solve and find resolutions to any customer issues. Making outgoing calls to customers to resolve any issues or for clarification of information relating to their account or order. Provide product assistance and liaise with colleagues to ensure the correct information is provided. Liaising closely with purchasing and other departments within the business to ensure the customers requirements are met. Picking and sending product samples to fulfil customer requests. Follow up of quotations as and when required. Assist with contacting customers to advise of new price increases and discount terms where required. Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service role. Skills: Experience in working in a customer service environment. Attention to detail.
