We are currently partnering with an FMCG business in the appoint of an Accounts Assistant based in Manchester City Centre. This role could be the perfect opportunity to start a career in finance and gain great exposure across a business with big growth plans. You will be supporting the Finance Manager ensuring day to day activities are completed in a timely manner. Monday - Friday, office based. Main responsibilities: Ensure all invoices are input onto the internal system. Process supplier invoices and credit notes. Prepare suppler payment runs on weekly basis.Assisting with supplier queries. Reconciling credit card payments and staff expenses. Preparing weekly payment runs. You must have the ability to work well under pressure and towards deadlines. Strong organisational skills will be key and ability to work to a high level of accuracy with an eye for detail.
