Robert Half Office Team are currently recruting for a People and Culture Exectutive for a 6 month contract for a Healthcare comapny. You will be based in Victoria, 2 days per week in the office and 3 at home. Job Overview:We are looking for a talented individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and recruitment experience. The right person will be organised, efficient and have great attention to detail. The successful candidate will also have ambition, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of our wonderful People & Culture Team. You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the business support function, be the first point of call for all employee enquiries and provide admin assistance to the Group HR Director. Responsibilities: HR Operations: You will be responsible for creating all employment contracts, ensuring employment records and the company handbook are up to date, and managing HR policies, employee benefits, and payroll.Learning and Development: You will coordinate our training plans and work closely with the Group HR Director and Senior Operations Manager to ensure that our employees have access to the necessary training and development opportunities. This will involve liaising with third parties to organise training sessions and team-building activities, a task that requires strong organisational skills.Recruitment: You will be an integral part of our recruitment process, directly supporting the Group HR Director in numerous activities. These include creating job descriptions, liaising with recruitment agencies, and planning the interview process.Employee Engagement: You will have the opportunity to develop and roll out employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, play an active role in the social committee, and lead on CSR initiatives.Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate and execute administrative tasks involving new joiners and leavers, ensuring a smooth process.Admin: Support the Group HR Director with administrative tasks and office support as and when needed, including capturing minutes during hr meetings, preparing Agendas / creating PowerPoint presentations, and submitting expenses.HR & IT Systems: Manage all HR systems (Cezanne, Culture Amp, Payescape, Benefit platform) and liaise with IT to ensure a smooth running of MS Office Suite and Project Management tool.Requirements: Third Level HR qualification or equivalent.Thorough knowledge of best practices, employment legislation and the recruitment process.Excellent communication skills - both written and oral essential.Excellent IT skills - intermediate level MS Word/Excel essential.Database management experience is an advantage.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information using discretion and confidentiality.Will work well within a team environment and on own initiative.
