Centre Relief Coordinator (Receptionist) 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per year Zones 1-4 travel card included This is a really exciting opportunity to join a leading commercial property company as an experienced Relief Receptionist, providing vital support across multiple busy Head Offices and Business Centres across London. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for all building entrants, including customers, prospective clients, agents, visitors, and contractors. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently. Ensure a warm, welcoming, and efficient reception experience for all. Answer and transfer incoming calls, taking messages as needed. Maintain the housekeeping and presentation of the reception area. Manage meeting room schedules and conference room reservations. Arrange hospitality and catering for internal meetings and events. Handle ordering supplies and general administrative tasks. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in Reception / Front of House roles. Excellent customer service skills/ face to face and telephonic. Proficiency with PC and MS Office packages. Strong understanding of customer service principles.
