BMS Energy Manager - FM Service Provider - London (City) - Up to 70k + Package Do you have BMS experience? Do you have Energy Management experience? Do you have Data Analytics experience? Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a BMS Energy Manager to work across the company's commercial portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in BMS, Energy and building maintenance. you will be required to leverage the latest in Data Analytics and BMS controls technologies to make a significant impact to property performance and energy reduction. This is a great opportunity to grow a specialist department within the company and offers a competitive salary of circa £70,000 + Package. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Key duties & Responsibilities Data-Led Maintenance: Supporting the management and execution of maintenance based on the output of our advanced data analytics platform (in-Sites) and hosting daily huddles with site engineering teams to tackle actions identified via the platform. Data Analysis: Utilise data from sensors, meters and systems for informed decision-making. System Analysis and Optimisation: Dive into BMS and control systems to investigate inefficiencies highlighted via the in-Sites platform, developing strategies for enhanced energy usage, occupant comfort, and system performance. Energy Management: Import metering data, analyse energy patterns to identify savings, reduce costs, and minimise the carbon footprint. Performance Monitoring: Implement solutions for continuous monitoring, ensuring smooth building operations. System Integration: Collaborate across teams for the optimal functioning of integrated building systems. Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding and meeting their performance goals, providing guidance and advice to M&E Engineers. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and maintain meticulous documentation. Infrastructure Management & Maintenance: Interfacing data collection devices with various types of BMS networks, installation and maintenance of on-site edge servers, cloud-based virtual machines and IoT devices, along with the underlying infrastructure. Platform & Service Development: Use your experience and know-how to contribute to the continual development of our analytics platform, systems and processes. Energy Support: Must clearly be able to demonstrate an understanding on energy reporting and carbon reduction management. Develop low carbon solutions for our customers. Support our customers with sustainability initiatives. Drive a culture centred on ESG initiatives. Prepare comprehensive monthly reports and maintain meticulous documentation. Energy Auditing & Surveying. Requirements Experience in BMS and controls, with a focus on/interest in building performance. Good knowledge of Trend & Tridium control systems (knowledge of additional systems would be advantageous). Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, lighting, and control protocols. Familiarity with/interest in data analysis and visualisation. Exceptional communication skills. Self-motivated and team oriented. Willing to travel to sites in London to conduct reports Willing to work at the London office (City) 5 days a week
