Description
Temporary Receptionist required for a care home setting based in Derby , the Receptionist must hold a Enhanced DBS. The purpose of the role is to provide front of house support, face to face and over the phone. Duties include; Dealing with calls from doctors, social workers and residents family members Manage the homes emalils and post Manage room enquires, showing customers around Greet visitors and maintain a tidy reception area Purchase supplies as requested within budget Follow policies and procedures Requirements; Enhanced DBS Previous experience dealing with the general public Driving license Excel and outlook knowledge Working Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00 or 08.30 - 4.30pm Pay rate is £13..79p/h Please click apply or call Pertemps Derby for further information.
