Sales Consultant

Company DescriptionChubb Fire & Security are looking to hire a Fire or Security Sales Consultant. The main goal of this role is to sell the full portfolio of fire detection and prevention solutions and services and Electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms) to a range of existing customers and new customer prospects in the B2B arena within the North West region.(Whilst we are ideally seeking candidates with proven solution-based sales experience, we would also be keen to speak with Fire or Security System Engineers (Service, Install or Commissioning) who are looking to move into sales.)Job DescriptionDevelop existing and cultivate new customer relationships within your territory in line with your Individual sales plan.Design Fire & Life Safety Systems in line with customer requirements and government regulationsAchieve and exceed monthly / annual targets for installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue.Lead demand-generating activities in an assigned market for the product specialty.Build a sales pipeline to support the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly targets for growthQualificationsTechnical knowledge of Fire systems and knowledge of British life safety standards or Knowledge of Security systems.Engineers welcome, as are candidates with a predominantly Security orientated background.FIA Qualification desired but not essential.Technical, solution-based sales backgroundStrong territory management and sales planning skillsCurrent UK driving licenceAdditional InformationBasic salary up to £40k.OTE c.£65-75k (Top performers c. £100k)Company car or car allowanceExperienced, dynamic and highly skilled leadership team25 days holidays plus bank holidays, plus option to purchase additional daysCompany pension schemeA central Benefits programme that offers a wide variety of discounts, soon to include Health & Wellbeing servicesBravo Awards which recognise outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellence.Continuous training and developmentMore about Chubb Fire and SecurityCreating solutions for people and our planet, our company values are our absolutes -Own what we doProtect people first.Think Steps aheadBring energy to challengesWin with integrity, together.We work and win together, while never compromising our values.Chubb Fire & Security is one of the most recognised fire and security brands in the world.
