Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Apartment Servicing) - London Bridge - Up to £50,000 I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a leading maintenance company in London Bridge, working at a Brand new building behalf of a large property management company looking after a high end residential building. You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks with large mixed use property. My client is looking for a Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in critical building services to work on a High profile Building at London Bridge carrying out maintenance on Luxury High End Residential Apartments. Hours Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm Requirements Apprentice Trained Electrical or Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent 17th Edition Client Facing High End Residential Experience HV / LV Authorised (Desirble) Commercial Building Maintenance Experience Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints. Package Basic Salary of up to £50,000 24 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays Pension Healthcare Plenty of OT Internal and External Training courses Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.
