Head of Compliance - FM Service Provider - Healthcare - London - Up to 85k Exciting opportunity to join a leading FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Head of Compliance to work across a healthcare contract in London. You will be required to manage of all aspects of statutory and contractual compliance; ensuring a standardised approach to the provision and recording of FM operational services and be responsible for the effective management and governance of Hard FM Services compliance monitoring and systems.This includes statutory compliance and Hard FM contract compliance, business accreditations and the management, development and implementation of continuous improvement. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:0am to 17:00pm Key duties & Responsibilities To provide a senior level of compliance support, advice, reports on statutory, legal and regulatory matters Develop, coordinate, report and control and governance systems to manage both statutory and contract compliance for all healthcare projects; liaising with the on site technical teams. Evaluate the efficiency of controls to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies, To maintain the action plans associated with high-risk disciplines and escalate risks as applicable Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control To analyse compliance reports provided by internal and external parties, implementing any action required to resolve any non-compliance identified including NCRs, ACRs, etc Support Senior Technical Managers and Technical Leads to revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non- conformity issues Chair, coordinate and/or facilitate compliance discussions with our client(s), internal and external stakeholders ensuring appropriate preparation has been made to present our compliance position Ensure all healthcare projects maintain the appointed persons register ensuring training is coordinated Meet all internal and where applicable external reporting deadlines Reports prepared, collated and presented in a professional manner and one which is fully aligned with policies Requirements Be well-versed in legal and clinical guidelines, corporate governance and industry best practice; with demonstrable desire to remain current and informed Educated to a degree level / appropriate relevant experience Track record of working in compliance management in Healthcare (Highly desirable) A strong work ethic with the ability to manage a varied workload, where focus will consistently change between reactive issues and longer-term proactive goals. Strong interpersonal skills to build and manage successful relationships with all stakeholders coupled with an analytical approach, business acumen and dedication to legality
