Overview We're looking for a General Manager for a recently refurbished pub in Aylesford. Salary up to £46,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Delighting guests with our Signature menu, The Fields boasts stunning décor throughout after recently benefiting from a large capex investment to fully refurbish the business.Currently trading at an average of £33,000 per week in net sales, this site attracts a strong wet trade, with an average sales mix of 60/40 in favour of food sales.
